We strongly believe in promoting self-sustaining projects so, we created an agricultural cooperatives “Benjamin” in which 20 families  must manage, by theirselves, about 6 acres of land near  Bazega lake.

Next March the cooperative will have the first pick of papaya. It is estimated that they could collect between 1 and 3 tons of papaya every three days.

Here is the result of the first year in the agricoltural cooperative “Benjamin”:
15 quintals of maize and other vegetables such as aubergines, cucumbers, cabbage, onions.
Trees of papaya and tropical orange.

The land of the agricultural cooperative is paying off:
Maize was sown  on three acres of land
The papaya and oranges were planted on an acre and half
The onions and cabbages too were planted on an acre and half
